💼 Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and expansion of international markets across assigned regions through a structured and strategic approach
• Build, develop, and manage distributors, channel partners, and key accounts
• Manage the complete international sales cycle across the Aaxis team.
• Actively participate in international tenders, exhibitions, client meetings, and business forums
• Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams to deliver solution-oriented proposals aligned with client requirements
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory landscapes across regions
• Strengthen brand presence and drive long-term strategic partnerships in international markets

🎯 Key Requirements

• MBA in Marketing / International Business

• 10+ years of experience in international B2B sales and business development

• Strong exposure to instrumentation, automation, and environmental monitoring industry

• Proven experience in managing global clients, EPCs, consultants, and industrial projects

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex sales cycles and large-value projects

• Strong understanding of solution-based selling and techno-commercial discussions

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
