Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Build positive customer relationships through excellent communication.
• For sales roles, identify customer requirements and promote suitable products/services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow company guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Work Schedule

• 5 working days per week.
• Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs.
