Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to support our business by converting leads into paying customers for our healthcare and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare services.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed consultations or subscriptions.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer success, or B2C, B2B sales.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, or service sales will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Customer-centric approach with strong follow-up skills.
