About the Company
Grainville India Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing rice processingand export company specializing in premium-quality Indian rice. The company supplies a wide range of rice varieties including Basmati and Non-Basmati rice to international buyers across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the USA, and other global markets.
Job Role
We are looking to hire International Sales Executives (Fresher’s Welcome) who are interested in building a career in international B2B sales of Rice/ Food commodities. This role involves international calling, buyer follow-ups, lead management, order coordination, and export sales support.
Key Responsibilities
• Make international B2B sales calls to overseas buyers (importers, distributors, wholesalers)
• Support lead generation and help convert leads into export orders
• Follow up with international buyers via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Explain rice varieties, product specifications, packaging options, pricing, payment terms, and shipment details.
• Maintain and update Zoho CRM with leads and buyer communication
• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets for buyer database and lead tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and export documentation
• Communicate with buyers across different international time zones
Candidate Profile
• Freshers can apply (interest in international sales preferred)
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Comfortable with calling and interacting with international clients
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus
• Strong learning attitude and interest in international trade and export sales
