Fitelo is a fast-paced Indian D2C Health-tech startup looking to hire sales talent. It is an AI-powered online platform for weight loss and chronic disease management. The company was founded with a vision to help customers take the healthier route by eating right, staying active, and building healthy habits. It has grown exponentially with strong unit economics and is now looking to expand its team across multiple roles.
About the Role
We are looking for persuasive and result-driven International Sales Executives to engage with and convert leads from the US, UK, and Canadian markets. In this role, you will connect with potential customers through calls and virtual interactions, understand their health goals, and guide them toward the most suitable solutions offered by Fitelo. Your primary responsibility will be to convert inquiries into successful sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads from the US, UK, and Canada.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health programs.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to international customers.
- Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless sales journey.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences in international markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding.
An Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong command of English with a neutral or international accent.
- Prior experience in international sales, tele-sales, or customer handling for the US, UK, or Canadian markets is preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational or night shifts as per business requirements.
- Strong customer-centric approach and persuasive selling skills.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data management.
- A growth mindset with a passion for sales, learning, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Graduates and Post-Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in international sales, BPO, telecalling, or healthcare sales will be an added advantage.
