Job Title: Sales and Marketing Head– Automotive Software Solutions

Location: Flexible (India/Remote with International Travel)

We are expanding our global footprint and seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager who can drive growth across America and Europe by building relationships with leading Automotive OEMs and driving P&L ownership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development across North America and Europe, focusing on Automotive OEMs and large Tier-1 suppliers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for Intellinet’s aftermarket software suite.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing accounts.
  • Take P&L ownership for the assigned region and achieve targeted revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture strong industry relationships and partnerships to enhance brand presence and business reach.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to position Intellinet’s solutions effectively in the global market.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, ML, and digital transformation to align customer needs with innovative offerings.
  • Represent Intellinet Systems at global trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.


Key Requirements

  • 10–12 years of proven experience in sales and marketing of technology or software solutions, preferably in the automotive aftermarket domain.
  • Strong background in dealing with Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across North America.
  • Deep understanding of aftermarket processes (spare parts, warranty, service, and technical documentation).
  • Exposure to AI, ML, and emerging digital technologies and their business applications.
  • Strong network of industry connects with the ability to open doors and close strategic deals.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and ownership mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-driven professional with the fire in the belly to make a global impact.
