Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Recruitment Counsellor based in Kochi. The role involves guiding students through the process of studying abroad, conducting consultations, delivering presentations, and assisting with university admissions and visa processes. The candidate will engage in student recruitment, maintain effective communication with stakeholders, and conduct training sessions as required, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and an exceptional experience for prospective students.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and delivering effective Presentations
• Experience in Recruiting, with specific expertise in Student Recruiting processes
• Ability to train and guide students and staff effectively to achieve desired outcomes
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and timelines
• Familiarity with higher education systems and visa processes in leading study-abroad destinations
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; experience in education consultancy or related fields is a plus
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages will be an advantage
