International Logistics Coordinator

Milacron is looking for an International Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Batavia, Ohio (onsite). In this position, you will be responsible for executing day‑to‑day international import and export activities, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely movement of goods to support Milacron’s global operations.

Work You’ll Do

• Prepare, review, and maintain international shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and export control documents.
• Coordinate international shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers, ensuring schedules and lead times are followed.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations, including ITAR, EAR, and AES filing requirements.
• Monitor shipments in transit and proactively resolve documentation issues, delays, or customs holds.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and shared document repositories; support labeling and shipment preparation activities as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in international logistics, import/export operations, or global trade compliance.
• Working knowledge of international shipping documentation and Incoterms.
• Familiarity with U.S. import and export regulations and customs processes.
• Experience coordinating day‑to‑day international shipments in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Customs brokerage experience or trade compliance certification preferred.
