Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Kolkata / Delhi Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: VP- Business Development Company Overview: Abdos Oils is a leading contract manufacturer of personal care and cosmetic products, offering end-to-end solutions for formulation, packaging, and regulatory compliance. With a strong manufacturing footprint and GMP-certified facilities in India & Egypt, we serve a global client base across skincare, haircare, and body care segments. As we expand our global footprint, particularly in Europe and the USA, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our growth in international markets by acquiring high-potential clients from leading cosmetic and personal care brands. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate business leads from cosmetic and personal care brands in Europe and the USA seeking contract manufacturing partnerships. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through cold outreach, networking, trade fairs, and digital channels. Lead B2B client acquisition efforts, including proposal development, capability presentations, and pricing discussions. Understand client requirements in detail?product type, packaging, formulation needs?and coordinate with internal R&D and production teams to prepare customized solutions. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory frameworks in target regions to position the company effectively. Negotiate commercial terms, close contracts, and ensure successful onboarding of new clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regulatory, operations, QA) to ensure smooth project execution post-contract finalization. Achieve assigned sales and margin targets while building long-term relationships with key clients. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings internationally as required. Key Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in business administration / marketing. Minimum 6?10 years of international B2B sales experience, preferably in the cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG contract manufacturing industry. Strong network of contacts within cosmetic and skincare brands in Europe and/or the USA is highly desirable. Deep understanding of private label/contract manufacturing models and global regulatory expectations (EU/US FDA, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel internationally for business development and trade events.
