Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Business Development Manager, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves identifying and establishing new international business opportunities, developing strategies to expand market presence, managing international accounts, and driving sales growth. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with teams to create effective business plans, build relationships with global partners, and consistently track performance to meet objectives. Qualifications Proven expertise in International Business Development, International Sales, and International Business Skills in Business Planning and strategic market expansion Experience in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration abilities Ability to adapt to fast-paced international markets and meet challenging targets Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International Relations, or related fields Familiarity with relevant industry tools and technologies is a plus
