Job Description

Execution of the global internal audit plan : Plan, execute, and document risk-based internal audits (financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits) in accordance with IIA Standards and the organization?s audit methodology. Data Analytics in audits: Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA, Power BI, SQL, Python) to analyse large datasets, identify anomalies, trends, and control weaknesses. SOX audits & compliance: Lead and support China SOX compliance audits, including testing of key controls over financial reporting. Follow-up process : Track and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations through structured follow-up processes. Compliance Investigations: Manage the whistleblower system. Investigate potential compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions. Global Compliance Program: Ensure an effective compliance management system and continuously development. Consulting & Advisory Support: Act as a trusted advisor to audited entities and departments, providing practical guidance during the implementation of corrective measures. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with global business units, finance, legal, IT, and external auditors to ensure alignment and consistency in audit approaches. Education & Certifications: Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field (Master?s/MBA preferred). Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA/CA, CRMA, or SOX-specific training/certification. Experience: 4?7 years in internal audit, risk management, compliance, or data analytics, with specific experience in a global/ multinational environment. Hands-on experience with data analytics tools and GRC frameworks. Technical & Soft Skills: Strong personality with ability to challenge local management and ensure objective and independent audit results Strong communication, networking and analytical skills as well as the ability to handle conflicts Capable of working independently, organized and with high attention to details Personal integrity with strong ethics and values consistent with company culture and values A passion for intercultural teamwork
