Requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and product objectives.
Assist in reviewing specifications and technical documentation to contribute to quality planning.
Support the creation of clear, structured test cases and help execute them effectively.
Identify, log, and follow up on software defects in a structured and timely manner.
Learn and apply QA metrics such as bug trends, test coverage, and defect density.
Help investigate product issues, analyze root causes, and recommend improvements.
Support developers and QA leads in ensuring top-tier product performance and user experience.
Stay curious and up-to-date on the latest testing tools, AI integrations, and QA methodologies.

Qualifications

Prior QA exposure is an added advantage.
A solid understanding of basic software testing principles and SDLC.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Prior experience/ willingness to learn automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is a plus.
Familiarity with performance or security testing is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of accountability.
