Intern – Product (Lending)

Work Location - Onsite (Noida, Film City)

Duration - 6 Months

Are you curious about how fintech products are built from the ground up? Join us as a Product Intern and gain hands-on experience building a digital lending business within an RBI-registered NBFC.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founding team and contribute to the creation of a lending product from concept to launch. You'll gain exposure to product management, technology, vendor integrations, compliance, and operations while helping shape a real-world fintech platform.

What You'll Do

• Support the product team in mapping user journeys, creating screen flows, and maintaining product documentation
• Coordinate with API and platform partners, including tracking integrations, follow-ups, commercials, and implementation checklists
• Maintain product backlogs, trackers, meeting notes, and project documentation
• Conduct competitor and market research to support product decisions
• Review app and web screens against requirements and identify gaps
• Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks that help keep the product build on track

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (Business, Technology, Design, or related disciplines preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Self-starter who proactively follows through and closes open items
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and productivity tools
• Interest in fintech, lending, digital products, and startups

Bonus Points For:

• Exposure to product management tools
• Wireframing or UX documentation experience
• Basic data analysis or data-handling skills
