Mogra AI is a boutique cloud infrastructure consulting firm delivering identity and infrastructure modernization for enterprise clients across North America. We're currently engaged in a strategic initiative to migrate a global enterprise from Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID - covering identity, infrastructure, and DNS.

The Role

We're looking for an Intermediate DNS Engineer to join our team and work on migrating legacy AD-integrated DNS to PaaS DNS infrastructure. The customer's environment includes Infoblox, and you'll be working closely with identity and infrastructure engineers to ensure DNS continuity throughout the migration.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute migration of AD-integrated DNS zones to PaaS DNS
• Work with Infoblox for DNS management, zone transfers, and policy configuration
• Audit existing DNS records, identify stale entries, and clean up before migration
• Coordinate with identity and infrastructure teams to ensure service continuity during cutover
• Document migration runbooks, rollback procedures, and post-migration validation steps
• Troubleshoot DNS resolution issues across hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments

What You Bring

• 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience with DNS infrastructure
• Strong experience with Active Directory-integrated DNS
• Working knowledge of PaaS DNS services (Azure DNS, AWS Route 53, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with Infoblox (zone management, IPAM, DNS policies)
• Familiarity with conditional forwarders, split-brain DNS, and zone delegation
• Comfort working in hybrid cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS)
• Ability to write and run discovery/audit scripts (PowerShell or Python)

Working Hours

6:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST (North American overlap). This is a permanent night shift role.

Compensation

• ₹10 LPA
