Fiche De Poste Role Overview We are seeking an Intermediate Application Developer with proven expertise in Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch complemented by experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing personalized digital experiences and data-driven strategies across our Adobe platforms. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Adobe Target Develop and manage personalization campaigns, A/B and multivariate tests. Implement advanced targeting strategies using audience segmentation and behavioral data. Optimize user experiences through continuous testing and performance analysis. Adobe Analytics Configure and maintain analytics tracking for web and mobile applications. Create custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure accurate data collection. Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Adobe Launch Configure and work with Adobe Launch / Data Collection Build and maintain XDM schemas, field groups, and datasets aligned to business use cases and downstream activation needs. Implement batch and streaming data ingestion with data validation, deduplication, and identity stitching logic. Support audience segmentation and destination activation while complying with data governance and consent policies. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows. Integrate AEM with Adobe Target and Analytics for seamless personalization and tracking. Ensure adherence to best practices for content management and scalability. Work closely with marketing, UX, and development teams to deliver personalized, data-driven experiences. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Experience Cloud tools. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications 3?5 years of experience in web application development with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud. Strong proficiency in Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics (must-have). Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with third-party systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications Adobe Certified Expert in Target, Analytics, or AEM. Experience with personalization strategies and conversion optimization. Knowledge of tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch).
