Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Interiors Project Manager specializing in commercial fit-outs. Based as per project location - this position offers the flexibility of remote work. The Interiors Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning and execution, including managing timelines, coordinating with teams and vendors, expediting materials, conducting inspections, and ensuring timely project delivery. Effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders is a key component of this role.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects
• Detailed study and coordination of Civil & MEP drawings
• Site supervision, vendor management & quality control
• Rate analysis, BOQ verification & cost monitoring
• Commercial negotiations with vendors & subcontractors
• Client coordination, progress reporting & stakeholder management
• Identification of value engineering opportunities to enhance project margins

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Project Management and the ability to oversee projects from inception to completion. - 5–10+ years of relevant experience in interior execution
  • Excellent leadership and client management skills.
  • Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor functions, particularly for commercial interior projects.
  • Experience in Inspection processes, ensuring quality standards and compliance with design specifications.
  • Proven experience in cost control and commercial negotiations
  • Strong understanding of civil and MEP coordination
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management to effectively coordinate material and resource distribution.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in industry-related software tools.
  • Willingness to travel / relocate PAN India as per project needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
