Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for an Interiors Business Development Manager. The professional will drive business growth through identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing end-to-end sales processes. Responsibilities include client relationship management, identifying market trends, preparing proposals, collaborating with the design and execution teams, and ensuring optimal client satisfaction. Crafting and presenting pitches to prospective clients and participating in networking activities to promote the company’s services are also key elements of the role.


Key responsibilities

Sales and revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Generate leads and convert them into interior project closures
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and approach corporates, retail brands, architects, and consultants
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits

Proposal & Deal Culture

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial bids
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms
  • Coordinate with estimation and design teams for accurate BOQs

Market Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments
  • Track competitor activities and market trends
  • Develop strategies to improve conversion rates
