Interior Site Supervisor

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Interior Site Supervisor based in Chennai. The position involves overseeing on-site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating with designers, contractors, and clients, ensuring quality control standards are met, managing materials and resources, and resolving any on-site challenges. While on-site presence is essential, some work can be performed remotely as required.

• Experience in site supervision, project management, and coordinating with contractors and vendors
• Strong understanding of interior design concepts, construction techniques, and material specifications
• Proficiency in planning, organizing, and managing resources to meet project timelines and budgets
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to read and interpret design blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in construction
• Knowledge of CAD software or other design/mapping tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
