Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Design Consultant based in Gurugram, with compensation up to 5 LPA. The Interior Design Consultant will meet with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and budget, and translate these into practical and aesthetic design concepts. Daily responsibilities include preparing mood boards and layouts, selecting furniture, materials, and finishes, coordinating with vendors and site teams, and ensuring timely project execution. The role also involves presenting design proposals, providing after-sales support, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. The consultant will work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand client needs and deliver a positive experience.
• Candidates should possess Interior Design skills, including space planning, color theory, and material selection.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to support client conversions, upselling of design solutions, and collaboration with the sales team.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Furniture selection and placement to create cohesive, functional interiors.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and basic MS Office skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects is preferred.
