Interior Designer - Offices Fitout

We are looking for an Office Interior Designer who can independently handle office and

corporate interior projects from concept to execution. The role requires strong skills in 2D &

3D design, mood boards, client presentations, BOQs, and coordination with execution

teams, along with effective client-handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle office interior projects end-to-end, from concept design to site execution support.
• Understand client requirements and develop space planning, concepts, and design themes.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations for clients.
• Create complete 2D drawings including layouts, furniture plans, ceilings, lighting, electrical, elevations, and joinery details.
• Develop 3D designs / renders concepts as required.
• Present designs to clients, manage feedback, and close approvals.
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and finish schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, vendors, and consultants.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are maintained.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of office planning, workstations, partitions, materials, and finishes
• Good client communication and presentation skills
• Execution-oriented mindset with attention to detailing
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Software Skills:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / 3ds Max
• V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion (preferred)
• Photoshop / PowerPoint (for mood boards & presentations)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture

Preferred Experience:

• Office interiors, IT offices, Co-working spaces, corporate fit-outs
• Exposure to turnkey / design + execution projects

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
