Girias Colors of Rainbow and Girias Hilltop Stones are looking for an experienced, creative, and client-focused Interior Designer to join our team full-time.

📍 Location: Bangalore (Full-Time, In-Office)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients, sales teams, and fabricators to design spaces that effectively incorporate Hilltop’s stone products in kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and commercial interiors. Daily responsibilities include space planning, creating design concepts, preparing mood boards and material palettes, and selecting appropriate stone finishes and FF&E to meet functional and aesthetic requirements. The role also involves preparing and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with architects and contractors, and ensuring accurate installation details and measurements. The Interior Designer will support showroom presentations, provide design consultations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, materials, and best practices in interior design and architecture.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to develop practical and visually appealing layouts.
• Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to create and interpret plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Experience designing luxury villas, apartments, farmhouses, or premium residences.
• Strong understanding of residential interior design.
• Excellent knowledge of space planning and material selection.
• Expertise in creating high-quality 3D visualizations and photorealistic renders.
• Strong presentation and client communication skills.
• Ability to translate ideas into practical and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
• Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in stone, surfaces, or home improvement projects is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one design consultations with homeowners, architects, and interior designers.
• Understand client lifestyles, preferences, budgets, and design aspirations.
• Design complete residential interiors including kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, staircases, feature walls, outdoor areas, and more.
• Create realistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, mood boards, and presentation materials.
• Produce detailed space planning, layouts, and material specifications.
• Develop 3D mappings showcasing different stone, quartz, porcelain, and marble options throughout the home.
• Recommend suitable materials based on aesthetics, durability, maintenance, and budget.
• Present multiple design concepts and material combinations to clients.
• Work closely with the sales, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest global interior design trends, materials, and visualization technologies.
• Help develop our premium home customization experience and digital design services.
