Interior Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time , on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Ahmedabad. The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and managing interior spaces, including assessing client needs, creating innovative design concepts, and producing detailed drawings. The role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) that align with project goals. The designer will also oversee project execution to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, with a strong understanding of creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments
• Experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to interpret and produce detailed design plans and technical documentation
• Expertise in FF&E selection and specification, including knowledge of materials, finishes, and design trends
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is highly advantageous
