Role Description The Interior Designer will design and execute interiors for luxury residential projects, ensuring spaces are functional, aesthetically aligned with the brand, and tailored to client preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, producing layouts and detailed drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and contractors, as well as attending site meetings and supervising implementation to maintain design integrity and quality standards. The Interior Designer will also participate in client presentations, gather feedback, and refine designs based on project requirements and budgets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional and visually cohesive residential interiors.
  • Understanding of Architecture principles and their integration with interior layouts and concepts.
  • Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for on-site execution.
  • Experience with FF&E selection, specification, and coordination, including materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
  • Strong visual presentation skills and the ability to communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and project coordination abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team and work on-site in Gurugram.
  • Prior experience in high-end or luxury residential projects is an advantage.
