Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role located in Kolkata. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and managing innovative design concepts, space planning, and providing tailored design solutions to meet client needs. Key tasks include drafting construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are executed accurately. Additional responsibilities involve conducting site visits, ensuring sustainable and accessible design compliance, and delivering projects within timeline and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Knowledge of FF&E selection and specification processes.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design software
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills.
• Familiarity with sustainable and accessible design practices is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in high-end residential and commercial projects is a plus.
