Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Interior Designer based in Kozhikode, Malappuram. The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning and designing interior spaces, creating detailed construction drawings, and selecting appropriate FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role includes collaborating with architects and contractors, ensuring designs meet client requirements, and maintaining quality and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors.
• Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate design concepts into executable plans.
• Knowledge of FF&E selection and integration for creating cohesive and visually appealing spaces.
• Strong project management and time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Proficiency in design and modeling software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools, is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in commercial or large-format interior projects will be an added advantage.
