Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior JavaScript/React Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modern JavaScript, ReactJS, and UI/UX-focused web application development. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently within an Agile environment. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications with a strong focus on intuitive and scalable UX/UI. Build, optimize, and maintain JavaScript and ReactJS features, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. Architect and implement RESTful services and integrate with enterprise systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement. Apply modern engineering principles and practices to drive enterprise-level architecture decisions. Work independently with minimal supervision while managing deadlines and deliverables. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of JavaScript development experience. 5-7 years of ReactJS development experience with an emphasis on intuitive and responsive UI/UX. Exceptional knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and authentication flows. Expertise in building and consuming RESTful services. Strong experience with enterprise architecture principles and patterns. Deep understanding of web components and modern front-end ecosystems. Proficiency with CSS, SASS, and/or LESS. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong design and analytical skills. Experience working within Agile software development methodologies. Highly self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing tasks without supervision.
