Role Suitable for : FMCG, Agri Trading, Agri Tech, Agri Fin Tech, Renewable Energy and any business related to FARMERS About The Role SRAPCL is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Leader to oversee financial operations for our Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) business and Agri-Trading vertical. The role will cover financial planning, compliance, cash flow management, investor relations, and project financing across multiple agri-based business lines including Kisan Mall retail, agri-input procurement, market linkage, honey, and livestock projects. This is a individual contributor role requiring hands-on experience in agribusiness, commodity trading, or FMCG supply chain finance. Key Strategy & Planning Develop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with SRAPCLs growth roadmap Prepare financial projections, budgets, and business plans for all FPO & trading verticals Support management in strategic decision-making through data-driven financial insights Financial Control & Compliance Oversee accounting, tax, and audit functions ensuring compliance with Indian laws, FPO guidelines, and funding agency requirements Maintain robust internal controls for procurement, sales, and cash management Ensure accurate & timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting Working Capital & Cash Flow Management Manage cash flow cycles across agri-input procurement, inventory, and commodity sales Monitor receivables, payables, and vendor payments to optimize working capital Liaise with banks for credit limits, overdrafts, and trade finance Project Finance & Funding Prepare DPRs, financial models, and ROI calculations for new projects (honey, biostimulants, Pashupalan, etc.) Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, institutional investors, and government schemes for funding Handle PE/VC engagement and investor reporting Commodity & Agri-Trading Finance Implement financial tracking for bulk commodity procurement and sales Manage risk and pricing mechanisms for domestic and export agri-trading deals Support market linkage operations with cost and profitability analysis Eligibility & Qualifications Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent ( But CA degree is not Commercial Director / CFO / Finance Controller 10+ years Finance Manager 5+ years in agribusiness, commodity trading, FMCG, or supply chain finance Strong knowledge of FPO accounting, procurement finance, and agri-commodity trading Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial modelling tools Language Requirements Mandatory: Fluent in English & Hindi Location Requirement Based at Noida or Dabra (Gwalior) with frequent travel to Himachal & Bhopal Why Join SRAPCL & our other Group Ventures?
