Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Drools Rule Engine and Camunda BPM to design, develop, and maintain business rules and workflow-driven enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business rules using Drools (DRL files)
  • Develop and manage workflow processes using Camunda BPM (BPMN)
  • Integrate Drools and Camunda with Java / Spring Boot applications
  • Collaborate with business and product teams to convert requirements into rules and workflows
  • Optimize rule execution and process performance
  • Ensure proper versioning, testing, and deployment of rules and workflows
  • Participate in code reviews and system design discussions

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Java / J2EE
  • Hands-on experience with Drools Rule Engine
  • Experience in Camunda BPM (BPMN workflows)
  • Knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot
  • REST API development & integration
  • Good understanding of Business Rules & Workflow concepts
  • Experience with SQL / RDBMS
  • Git, Maven/Gradle
