Job Description

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in JavaScript and TypeScript. Develop and consume RESTful APIs to integrate front-end and back-end components. Implement and manage state management solutions using Redux. Utilize Git for version control and collaborative development. Ensure the responsiveness and optimal performance of web applications across various devices and screen sizes. Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, identifying and implementing effective solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the MERN stack and related technologies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools. Work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment in Ahmedabad, adhering to the Australia shift Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on the MERN stack. Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Extensive experience with MongoDB and designing efficient database schemas. Strong command of Express.js and Node.js for building robust back-end applications and APIs. Deep understanding and practical experience with React.js for building dynamic and interactive user interfaces. Proven experience with state management libraries, particularly Redux. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development principles. Proficient in using Git for version control and collaborative workflows. Demonstrated ability to implement responsive web designs using modern CSS techniques. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness and ability to work in the Australia shift timings and in a Work From Office (WFO) environment in Points : Experience with Angular framework. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker. Knowledge of GraphQL. Experience with microservices architecture (ref:hirist.tech)
