Job Description

Manager Production QMS

Experience : 13 - 18 years

Role & Responsibilities

Manage Manufacturing Operations: Lead and supervise all activities in the manufacturing section to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Production Planning & Execution: Plan and execute manufacturing schedules in coordination with Project Management and Supply Chain teams.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), quality standards, and documentation practices.
Continuous Improvement & CAPA: Review and approve process deviations, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions in coordination with QA.
Training & Team Development: Conduct training on standard operating procedures and promote a strong quality and safety culture within the team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Pharmacy, or related field.
13-18 years of experience in manufacturing/QMS roles within the pharmaceutical or related industries.
Strong knowledge of GMP, QMS documentation, and audit compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
