Job Description : DevOps Engineer Location : Bangalore Position Type : Full-time Work Experience : 3-6 Years Position Overview We are seeking a talented and driven DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and related technologies, including Istio, Kong, Python, Linux, Sonar, and Git (Bitbucket). You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust DevOps processes that ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure. Key Infrastructure Management Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS. Automate cloud deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. Container Orchestration Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications using Kubernetes. Implement service mesh using Istio for traffic management, security, and observability. API Gateway And Networking Manage API gateways, specifically using Kong or other gateway technologies. Configure and optimise networking components for high performance and security. Scripting And Automation Develop automation scripts and tools using Python to improve operational efficiency. Automate CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless integration and deployment processes. Monitoring And Security Implement and manage monitoring and alerting tools, such as SonarQube, for code quality and security. Ensure adherence to security best practices in all aspects of infrastructure and application deployment. Version Control And Collaboration Use Git (Bitbucket) for version control and collaborate with development teams on code reviews and merges. Maintain and manage repositories, ensuring code integrity and deployment readiness. Linux System Administration Perform system administration tasks on Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues promptly. Qualifications Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a DevOps role with hands-on experience in AWS and Kubernetes. Technical Skills Proficiency in AWS services and cloud architecture. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration. Experience with Istio service mesh and Kong API gateway. Solid scripting skills in Python. Expertise in Linux system administration. Experience with SonarQube or similar tools for code quality and security checks. Proficiency in Git (Bitbucket) for version control.
