The Position We're looking for No/Low code with expertise in Unqork Platform to join the Unqork team. They support the implementation of Unqork's platform. This includes gathering application requirements. Key Responsibilities Managing the development team : Overseeing how the team works together and individually, delegating tasks, and helping team members who need help Sprint Planning And Ticket Assignment Demonstrate leadership and collaboration skills to create a better work environment Making Technical Decisions Considering the organization's architecture landscape, business context when making architectural and technical decisions Ensuring Project Success Communicating project requirements and progress to team members and other stakeholders, and managing technical risk Remove blockers and facilitate resolution of issues raised by dev and QA teams Communicate and clarify sprint, individual and team priorities Enhancing Team Productivity Improving the developer experience, managing technical debt, and streamlining processes Identify waste, areas of improvement and provide recommendation to increase team efficiency and productivity Provide development best practice and guidance to junior developers Required Knowledge And Skills Any Graduation related to computer science Ideally, 8+ years of experience as an application or software developer and/or configuration specialist with Unqork /Pega/Appian/Mendix backgound. Actively leading Domain delivery/New hire training/Knowledge management Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job Has a good understanding of fundamentals of application development and solution design Ability to handle basic day to day requirements of excel Preferred Qualifications Requirements : Insurance domain knowledge Agile project management experience (ref:hirist.tech)
