Job Description
Job Title: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Duration: 3 Months (Internship)
Location: Pune
About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR operations. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR processes and corporate work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates for interview follow-ups and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support the HR team in documentation and compliance-related activities.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Help prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
