Job Description

Job Purpose

To provide accurate evaluation of patent data and capture the essence succinctly. Provide support

in various IP activities

Job Accountabilities

 Data mining from patent and non-patent literature for patent analytics and drawing

inference.

 Able to use AI based IP tools

 Evaluate inventions and provide patentability opinions

 Suggesting design around for non-patentable inventions

 Analysing patents for presenting technological landscape reports

 Patent draft review and claim scoping

 Support in patent drafting

 Review response to patent examination report and provide inputs

 Evaluate external publications from the perspective of IP compliance

 Provide support for claim overlap analysis and Standard mapping.

 Generate content for IP awareness and support conducting training sessions

 Compile the data required for IP Audit

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

 3 to 5 years in related area of Technology and IP.

 Well versed with key concepts of 6G/5G/4G Telecommunication, Wireless Technologies,

Chipsets, TCP/IP Layers etc., Cloud, Devices, Media delivery.

 Knowledge about Intellectual property laws of India, US & EPO preferred.

 Excellent written and oral communication skills

 Sound knowledge about MS office and advanced functions such as excel macros and

formulae including Search tools as well as AI IP tools.
