Title: Integration Engineer Location: India, Chennai, Remote Job Description: The Integration Engineer is responsible for establishing connectivity between client systems and Transact + CBORD product, configuring systems, and ensuring the product meets client specifications and requirements. They act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the integration process. Specific Responsibilities Will Include Troubleshooting and debugging client systems Liaison with client technical resource Build templates for schools Build .xsl dynamic for payments products Perform UAT on new interface and product enhancements Provide technical expertise Key Deliverables Interface packages Documentation for interface packages and product modules Documentation of specification customization Functioning interface Skills & Competencies Technical expertise in relevant systems and platforms Strong problem-solving skills Client-facing communication and training ability Adaptability and attention to detail Ability to work with cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills Ability to address complex tasks skills.
