Overview

We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer / DevOps Engineer to support enterprise middleware and infrastructure automation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong Linux administration expertise, IBM MQ experience, and a background in automation, CI/CD, and containerized environments.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Required Qualifications

• Experience administering and configuring RHEL/Linux environments
• Strong IBM MQ administration and support experience
• Strong UNIX shell scripting skills
• Working knowledge of Perl
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Background in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or CI/CD pipelines
• Experience using Artifactory
• Understanding of IT security practices including:
• IAM
• SSO
• Encryption
• Certificates
• Key management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Grafana experience
• Terraform experience
• GitHub and GitHub Actions experience

Responsibilities

• Perform integration engineering functions including:
• IBM MQ administration
• Service request fulfillment
• Root cause analysis
• Monitoring dashboard development
• Design, develop, and implement integrations based on business and user requirements
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with development teams on deployments
• Analyze support trends to reduce recurring issues and improve operational efficiency
• Review security and compliance findings and support remediation activities
• Implement automation tools and CI/CD pipeline frameworks
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve systems, tooling, and security practices
• Deliver high-quality support and resolve end-user issues in a timely manner

• Infrastructure Engineer or DevOps Engineer with strong Linux administration expertise
• Experience supporting enterprise middleware platforms such as IBM MQ
• Hands-on background with automation, CI/CD, and containerized environments
