We are looking for a Senior Product Manager Finance Tech to own and scale our Pay-In, Pay-Out, and Payments platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, finance, revenue, insurers, and payment gateways, and is critical to ensuring accurate, scalable, and intelligent money movement across the ecosystem.

You will also lead our Payment Gateway product, including deep integrations with insurers and partners such as Razorpay, while building strong financial controls, reconciliation systems, and pricing constructs like platform fees.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for Pay-In and Pay-Out systems
Manage and scale the Payment Gateway product, including Razorpay integrations with insurers and partners
Work closely with insurance partners to enable seamless collections, settlements, refunds, and reconciliations
Collaborate deeply with Finance and Revenue teams on :
Platform fees
Commission structures
Settlement cycles
Revenue recognition
Build products that are numbers-first, accurate, auditable, and scalable
Define and optimize financial workflows, reconciliation logic, dashboards, and controls
Apply AI-first thinking to improve :
Reconciliation accuracy
Anomaly detection
Operational efficiency
Translate complex financial requirements into simple, intuitive product flows
Own PRDs, business cases, metrics, and success KPIs for all finance-tech initiatives

What Were Looking For

5 to 6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in FinTech, Payments, Insurance, or Platforms
Strong comfort with numbers, financial logic, and data-driven decision making
Hands-on experience with :
Payment gateways (Razorpay preferred)
Pay-in / Pay-out systems
Reconciliation, settlements, refunds
Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Revenue, Tech, and External Partners
Strong problem-solving mindset with an AI-native way of thinking
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to simplify complex financial systems into scalable products

Preferred Qualifications

B.Tech / MBA from a reputed institution
Prior experience working closely with finance teams or insurers
Exposure to pricing constructs like platform fees, commissions, and revenue sharing
Experience building products in high-scale transaction environments
