Job Description Job Role : Instrumentation Trade Head Location : Ayodhya Job Brief We are looking to hire a passionate, self-motivated Instrumentation Trade Head who would be responsible for implementing training activities for Instrumentation trade-related long-term and short-term courses. Complete ownership of the lnstrumentation trade is a key requirement. She/he would regularly visit latest technology-based industries and workshops to implement new ideas in the Instrumentation trade curriculum. She/he should be good in leading the trainees and team in developing leadership ability, managing ongoing relationships, and providing guidance on the scope & significance of the course. With this role, we seek outstanding training skills. The person should be self- motivated and driven towards meeting goals defined to grow the course as well as the institute. A high performing Trade Head would possess the ability to suggest innovative ways to achieve future targets as well. Key Responsibilities ? Promote Instrumentation trade course by building relations with communities, institutes, companies & industries with higher demand for Mechanical technicians. ? Develop course content, curriculum, and lesson plans. Arrange industrial visits, internships, and guest classes to impart latest knowledge of applicable technology regularly. ? Take responsibility for the learning and growth of trainees? careers by building strong relations with companies for placements and apprenticeships. ? Ensure that defined training activities are implemented for standardization across the trade. ? Maintain a healthy team dynamic and promote innovation by providing exposure to sophisticated technologies. ? Understand trainees? challenges in learning. Guide, support, and motivate them to make learning an exciting experience. Role Profile ? Contribute with other team members to achieve organizational targets. ? Plan effective training strategies with the team and execute the same. ? Maintain relationships with companies and industries that have higher demand for Instrumentation trade technicians. ? Create awareness about new, sophisticated technologies adopted in industries and skill-training competitors. ? Discover opportunities for trade technicians through industry search and survey. ? Conduct regular assessments for trainees. Prepare reports by collecting, analysing & summarizing information. Take corrective actions on gaps. ? Explore external training programs by developing relations with prospective institutes and recommending them for training. ? Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Person Profile ? A competent decision-maker with the ability to create and execute training course curriculum effectively with desired outcome. ? Relevant work experience of 8+ years in Instrumentation trade related function in any industry/technical institution, with an established leadership in the field. ? Willingness to travel extensively pan India as and when required. ? Excellent communication & analytical mindset. ? Diploma /Graduate in Instrumentation Engineering/related trade
