Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructional Designer based in Kolkata. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for analyzing training needs, developing instructional content, and designing engaging learning experiences aligned with organizational goals.

Daily tasks include conducting needs analysis, designing learning modules for both digital and in-person training programs, managing learning management systems, and developing curricula to enhance skill development.

Collaboration with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders will be integral to the role to ensure effective and impactful training delivery.

Qualifications

• Skills in Needs Analysis and the ability to identify training requirements and learning objectives.
• Proficiency in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development, including the creation of effective and engaging course materials for diverse audiences.
• Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management, with expertise in implementing and managing training programs and learning platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
• Proven ability to create measurable learning outcomes through innovative and user-centric approaches.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; advanced certification in instructional design or e-learning is advantageous.
