Job description: Institutional Sales/Horeca Sales
- Lead and scale institutional/B2B sales (corporate, hotels, hospitals, temples, schools, distributors, government & large organizations).
- Customize Product offering for FMCG / Spiritual / Industrial / HORECA / Government sales
- Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and manage a strong institutional sales team.
- Identify new institutional clients and expand key accounts.
- Handle high-value negotiations, contracts, and long-term agreements.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams.
- Forecast demand and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Track market trends, competitors, pricing, and opportunities.
- Represent the company in key meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Required Experience:
- 10–15 years of experience in institutional/B2B sales.
- Prior experience as Sales Head, National Sales Manager, or Regional Head preferred.
- Strong background in institutional selling, key account management, and large-order handling.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, personalised gifting, and spiritual products is an added advantage.
