Role Description

We are looking for an Installation Technician to support the installation and setup of rooftop solar systems. The role involves on-site work, including panel mounting, electrical connections, and assisting with system commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, structures, and inverter systems
• Assist with DC and AC wiring, earthing, and cable routing
• Support system testing and commissioning activities
• Ensure installations are completed safely and neatly
• Coordinate with site supervisors and project engineers during execution
• Carry out basic troubleshooting during installation
• Follow safety procedures and use of tools on-site

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma /Bachelor's
• Basic electrical and wiring knowledge
• Comfortable with field work and rooftop installations
• Ability to use installation tools and equipment
• Willingness to travel to project sites within Chennai
• Prior experience in solar or electrical installations (Preferred)
• Familiarity with inverters and rooftop solar systems (Preferred)
• Basic understanding of electrical safety practices (Preferred)
