Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Manager based in Pune. The Installation Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing elevator installations to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Key tasks include supervising installation teams, maintaining project timelines, ensuring adherence to safety standards, interacting with clients to address their requirements, and ensuring quality installations as per company policies. The role also involves preparing reports, managing resources, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
• Project management and team leadership skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering plans
• Proficiency in communication and customer interaction skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and relevant industry regulations
• Proven experience in elevator installation or related technical fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics) or a related field
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Experience using project management software is a plus
