Instagram influencer (Remote)

About The Opportunity

A fast-moving digital marketing and creator-economy business operating in influencer marketing, social commerce, and brand growth services. We partner with consumer brands and e-commerce teams to drive measurable awareness, engagement, and conversions through creator-led content on Instagram. This is a fully remote creator role open to candidates across India.

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and produce high-impact Instagram content (Reels, Stories, Feed) aligned to campaign briefs and brand voice, delivering consistent publishing cadence.
• Create short-form video scripts, shoot and edit vertical videos optimized for Reels with strong hooks, captions, and CTAs that drive engagement.
• Manage end-to-end brand collaborations: negotiate deliverables, meet campaign KPIs, and coordinate approvals and asset handovers.
• Drive organic audience growth and engagement through hashtag strategy, community interactions, and timely story content.
• Use Creator Studio and Meta Business Suite to schedule posts, monitor performance, and iterate content based on insights.
• Maintain an organized content calendar, deliverables tracker, and a portfolio of campaign results and authentic creative concepts.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proven Instagram presence or portfolio showcasing Reels, Stories, and Feed content with demonstrable engagement.
• Experience producing and editing short-form vertical video optimized for Instagram consumption.
• Familiarity with Creator Studio and Meta Business Suite for post-scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Strong hashtag research and audience targeting skills to improve discoverability and reach.
• Track record managing brand collaborations and delivering on agreed campaign KPIs.
• Ability to work remotely across Indian time zones and submit assets on fixed timelines.

• Experience with paid boosting and basic ad creative optimisation on Instagram.
• Prior collaborations with D2C or e-commerce brands.
• Hands-on with design/editing tools like Canva or Adobe Premiere Rush.
