This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Professional based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and acquiring potential customers, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include prospecting through calls and emails, analyzing customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions, preparing proposals, maintaining a sales pipeline, and providing exceptional customer service. Success in this role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless and satisfactory client experience.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management software
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer needs effectively
- Organizational skills to manage a sales pipeline and meet deadlines
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain management is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently, demonstrating self-motivation
