Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers for Startoon Labs’ medical device solutions. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations (virtual or in-person as needed), and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, responding promptly to inquiries, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. The Inside Sales Representative will also focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Job Summary

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets without field travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and online channels
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services
  • Schedule and conduct product demos and sales discussions virtually
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams for lead conversion
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA Fresher or 1-3 of experience in inside sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
