This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, based in Chennai. The role involves nurturing customer relationships, generating leads, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. The Inside Sales Representative will identify potential customers, engage with them to understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with Senses Electronics’ offerings. This position will also require regular collaboration with the sales team to meet business goals.

• Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Strong aptitude for Account Management and understanding client needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
