Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role located in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative will also engage with prospective and existing clients, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions to add value while meeting sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive new business and identify opportunities
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Skills in Account Management to oversee and grow existing client accounts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Prior exposure to or experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
