Inside Sales Representative

Job Overview: The perfect candidate for this position would ideally have between 3 to 6 years of work experience. They should hold a minimum of a graduation, and ideally, they should be a graduate or currently in the process of completing their graduation. In terms of skills, effective communication, good interpersonal abilities, adeptness in coordinating tasks, and a solid proficiency in Excel are all highly valued. Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 3-6 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in using digital communication tools (e.g., email, chat, video conferencing).
• Ability to quickly learn new products and solutions.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
