About the Role:


We're looking for a battle-tested Inside Sales Manager to build and lead our high-velocity inside sales engine. You'll own revenue growth for our cutting-edge platform engineering solutions in the fast-evolving world of Cloud, DevOps, and AI.

What You’ll Do:


  • Recruit, onboard, coach & scale a team to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Design & execute killer inside sales strategies tailored for Cloud, DevOps & AI solutions
  • Own the full funnel: aggressive outbound + high-quality inbound → qualification → close
  • Deliver precise forecasts, pipeline health dashboards & data-driven insights to leadership
  • Lead complex enterprise demos, proposals, negotiations & deal strategy
  • Optimize sales processes, CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), engagement & AI-powered sales tools
  • Partner tightly with Marketing on ABM, demand gen & lead acceleration programs
  • Stay ahead of cloud trends (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps practices & AI innovations


What We’re Looking For:


  • 5+ years in B2B inside sales – ideally in Cloud, SaaS or IT services.
  • Proven track record of personally exceeding quota + driving team over-performance
  • Deep technical understanding of Cloud platforms, DevOps & AI applications in enterprise
  • Strong leadership, coaching, consultative selling & objection-handling skills
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong or similar
  • Highly analytical, data-obsessed, results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & cross-functional influence


Nice to Have

  • MBA or equivalent
  • Startup / high-growth tech environment experience
  • Pre-sales / solutions engineering background
