Maintain a 30/70 ratio between expenses and gross profit, ensuring sustainable business expansion. ? Target Achievement ? Own daily, weekly, and monthly sales & performance targets, ensuring the company?s financial growth. ? Lead Qualification & Deal Closing ? Engage with corporates, HR heads, VPs, C-suite executives , and close high-value deals. ? Team Leadership & Employee Well-being ?
